Travel Policy
Schedule permitting, Once Upon a Time Entertainment is happy to travel up to 40 miles for your event! All packages include round-trip travel within a 15-mile radius of our base location in Alexandria, VA. A travel fee of $1.00 per mile is charged for travel beyond this 15-mile zone.
Bookings beyond 40 miles are accepted subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
